A special gallery of artwork and photos of children awaiting adoption will be displayed during the event.The TUCSON BLUE RIBBON EVENT is a free annual Tucson event with food, entertainment, activities for the kids, gallery of Tucson children awaiting their forever homes, special speaking event, raffle, and a balloon release to honor children in foster care.
